Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting our team of legal professionals.Day to day you will:Support the work of the Nine legal teamCoordinate diary management and make travel arrangements for the General Counsel and Company Secretary, as well as some other legal team membersMonitor and triage incoming emails of the generic legal inboxCoordinate training and other meetings with internal business unitsBe a point of contact for external law firms and other bodiesTriage pre-publication legal requests, manage the flow of work within the editorial lawyersAccept subpoenas and co-ordinate responsesPrepare summaries, outlines, briefing notes and other helpful documentsManage the invoice coding/process and expense management for the legal teamArrange settlement documents and signaturesQualificationsWhat you''ll bring:Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal AssistantProven experience working with Microsoft and Google SuiteAbility to maintain a strict level of confidentialityStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExperience in the media industry is ideal but not essentialKnowledge of finance/payments systems is ideal but not essentialAdditional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
