Lead Meaningful Early Learning Experiences We are looking for a fulltime Early Childhood Teacher to join the team at our Kilcoy, QLD centre. Reporting to the Centre Director, this role is responsible for delivering the Queensland Kindergarten Program while supporting childrens learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering a playbased learning program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework Leading the Queensland Kindergarten Program and supporting childrens developmental outcomes Documenting and assessing childrens learning and development Building strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Working collaboratively with the team to maintain National Quality Framework compliance The Educator We''re Looking For To qualify, you will need a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education with an ACECQArecognised qualification approved to teach under the National Quality Framework, along with at least 12 months experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher. Qualifications and experience that will also be highly regarded include: Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework A genuine passion for educating and supporting young children Reliability and commitment to contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture Willingness to become part of a regional community environment Candidates currently living in Australia with valid work rights are encouraged to apply.
