As a Customer Delivery Specialist at Carma, youll be the friendly face delivering our customers new cars straight to their door making every handover smooth, personal, and seamless. Youll focus on providing an exceptional experience, confidently solving problems on the spot, and ensuring every customer feels supported and excited from start to finish. What youll be doing: Be the face of Carma when handing over Carma cars to their new home, ensuring every experience is personal and seamless. Learn the ins and outs of the vehicles that you deliver, so that you can show off its best features. Work closely with the customer service and sales team to understand each customers journey and tailor the handover. Get behind the wheel and drive the Carma truck around Sydney to deliver cars (well upskill you on how to drive the trucks). Support in coordinating delivery times and updates with customers and internal teams. Inspect tradein vehicles, ensuring everything matches the expected condition. Jump in with the team, pitch in where needed, and handle any curve balls so that every car still gets delivered with the best experience possible. Note this is a fulltime role with a hybrid setup youll kick off your day in St Peters, then split your time between onsite handovers and ontheroad deliveries. Okay, lets talk about you: Youve worked in customer service; ideally facetoface, and love creating great experiences for people. Youre a confident communicator who can adapt your style to suit the customer. Youre adaptable, positive, and ready to solve problems when plans change. Youre organized, detailfocused, and efficient with admin and paperwork. You hold a valid, unrestricted Australian drivers licence and feel confident driving across Sydney. Youre techsavvy and confident in navigating new systems. Youre ok with a rotating roster (open to working some weekend shifts when needed).
