Cunningham Cattle Co. forms a major part of this platform, running safe, professional, high-performing pastoral operations built on strong culture and continuous improvement.Katandra Station is a key backgrounding and transit depot within the Cunningham portfolio, running approximately 12,000 head on-station and agistment properties, and receiving 10,00012,000 head.We are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support station leadership and operations.About The RoleThe Leading Hand plays a key role in the day-to-day success of the property, combining hands-on operational work with leadership responsibility. Working alongside the Property Manager, you will help coordinate livestock programs, support station operations, and guide the team to deliver high standards of performance. When required, you will step into a leadership role, confidently managing and motivating the team in the Property Managers absence.
