Whats on offer Guaranteed hours and shifts Award rate of $32.86 per hour + Super + paid kilometres Employee benefits program + salary packaging up to $18,550 tax free each year Accelerated learning programmes to gain professional qualifications (Cert 3) Paid CPR and First Aid courses What were looking for Enjoy having variety in your day Are passionate about providing an excellent service Can build positive relationships with clients and their families Dont sweat the small stuff; remain calm with client frustrations or delays Are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help Have an open Australian Drivers Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle Experience of 3 months or more in a similar role The role In the role of Home Care Worker, you will be providing our aged care clients with home help services such as: General housekeeping and making beds Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors Washing, folding and ironing laundry Meal preparation and grocery shopping Getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day Assisting with mobility and therapy goals Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia Providing social and emotional support Providing the client with transport to lifestyle activities or appointments Helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things #J-18808-Ljbffr
