And the sheer variety of Novitas offerings means opportunities to take your career where you want it to go.Work at a place that supports you to achieve your best, so you can support others to achieve theirs.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleIn this role, you will support the smooth operation of our logistics function by safely storing and delivering items, managing stock movements, and processing client orders.Key Responsibilities:Safely prepare, pack, and dispatch store stock manually and via forkliftInspect disability equipment before delivery and after collection, reporting any maintenance needsLiaise with clinicians, Allied Health Assistants, and clients to coordinate equipment distributionContribute to the development of work instructions and proceduresAdhere to Novitas work health and safety systems and report any unsafe conditions or practicesWe are seeking a reliable Logistics Officerto join our team at our Croydon Park site with the opportunity to also work at our Hindmarsh office. Working hours across 8am 5pm, Monday Friday with occasional out of hours work during stocktake or high-volume periods.Desired Skills and ExperienceKnowledge, skills and experienceWe welcome applicants with previous warehouse experience and familiarity with computerised stock systems. However, were also open to providing on-the-job training if you can demonstrate:Basic computer literacyAbility to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressureTeamwork, initiative, and task prioritisationAlignment with Novitas ICARE valuesValid forklift licenceOrder picker license will be highly regardedValid drivers licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for travel if requiredCurrent NDIS Worker Screening and DHS Working with Children Check, (or willingness to obtain)Were serious about safeguarding our clients.
