About Us: Maxwise Academy is Sydneys first comprehensive one-stop education institution, focusing on the holistic development of children aged 4-12. We offer a wide range of interest-based courses, including sports, music, Chinese, science, arts, and crafts. Beyond classroom learning, we provide children with opportunities to participate in performances, competitions, and study tours to foster growth in a dynamic and multicultural environment. What Youll Do: Student Data Management Assist with student data entry and parent feedback surveys, gaining insight into education industry data management and parent-school communication. Community Management Manage and engage with our parent community, share valuable content, event updates, and course information, becoming a trusted advisor for parents. New Media Operations Participate in content creation and management on platforms like and WeChat, boosting brand influence while flexing your creative muscles. Facility Coordination & Management Take responsibility for inventory organisation and logistics management to ensure that all educational resources and equipment are well utilised and maintained. Educational Event and Classroom Management Support the planning and management of educational events and classroom schedules, ensuring smooth operations while sharpening your organisational and management skills. Event Planning and Execution Be involved in large event projects like performances at Sydney Town Hall and the Opera House, gaining handson experience in event planning and coordination.
