Job Description

UiPath RPA Administrator Fulltime Contract As a UiPath RPA Administrator you will take ownership of the daytoday quality and stability of our UiPath RPA platform. Working closely with our IT and project teams you will ensure our automations run reliably, drive improvement and support the growth of automation capability across the business. This is a fulltime, 12month fixedterm contract based at our Chatswood office, offering flexibility through a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities Own the daily operation of the UiPath platform, including Orchestrator, robots, environments, queues, assets, and schedules Proactively monitor for failures, exceptions, and performance issues, taking swift corrective action and conducting thorough rootcause analysis to resolve automation incidents Act as the primary support point for BAU automation issues, coordinating with infrastructure, security, and vendors as required Maintain and continuously improve existing automations through refactoring, exception handling, and performance optimisation, while managing credentials, assets, and access controls in line with organisational policies Design and build small to medium UiPath automations and utilities to support business needs Develop and maintain internal documentation, standards, templates, and runbooks, and deliver training and knowledgesharing workshops on UiPath development and operational support Actively contribute to improving the organisation''s automation capability and maturity, staying current with UiPath platform updates and best practices About You Proven experience in an RPA Administrator role, ideally within a UiPath environment Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, robot management, and workflow development Ability to design and build automations to meet business requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor others and deliver training A proactive, detailoriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement Benefits and Wellbeing Benefits platform Reduce the impact of the cost of living with everyday savings with 500+ of Australias most-loved brands (from the weekly grocery shop to premium perks like holidays) Fitness Passport Access top fitness centres & pools across Australia at a subsidised rate Corporate health insurance discounts, banking benefits and novated leasing salary packaging Career growth and development opportunities with access to a comprehensive library of online courses and learning paths via our e-learning platform Confidential health and wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Program, available to all employees and their family members Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Lumus Imaging is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
