The role The Landscape Specification Business Development Manager is a permanent, full-time role responsible for driving the specification, acceptance and conversion of Adbri Masonrys landscaping solutions across NSW and the ACT. Partnering closely with Sales, Contracting Services, Technical, Operations and Marketing teams, you will work directly with landscape architects, civil designers, councils, developers and contractors to influence project documentation and convert specifications into successful project outcomes. This role is based in Silverwater, NSW and will require regular travel across NSW and the ACT. Responsibilities Proactively identify, qualify and secure landscape projects for Adbri Masonry product specification across public realm, subdivisions, parks, streetscapes and recreational facilities Provide technical guidance on product selection, performance characteristics, installation requirements and compliance standards Promote Adbris permeable paving solutions for councils and designers Champion Adbris sustainability credentials, including lowercarbon Masonry solutions, EPDs and Net Zero initiatives Partner with Sales and Contracting Services teams to convert specifications into orders, supply and installation outcomes Deliver CPD sessions, design reviews, site demonstrations and factory visits to key stakeholders Track specification pipelines, conversion activity, competitor insights and market trends using CRM systems What you will need to succeed Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how specification drives conversion and revenue Confident communicator capable of presenting technical and sustainability solutions to varied audiences Strong relationshipbuilding skills with architects, councils, contractors and distributors High level of selfmotivation, resilience and adaptability in a projectdriven environment Qualifications in Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (desirable) Current drivers licence and willingness to travel across NSW and the ACT Benefits of working with us Permanent, fulltime role with autonomy and strong stakeholder engagement Opportunity to work on highprofile landscape and infrastructure projects across NSW Exposure to sustainable, innovative masonry solutions backed by local manufacturing Career development opportunities within a national business backed by CRHs global network Inclusive, collaborative and safetyfocused workplace culture Creating a safe and supportive diverse workforce #J-18808-Ljbffr
