To support this next chapter, were looking for an exceptional Administrator to be the heartbeat of our new Sydney home. This handson, peoplefirst role will play a critical part in creating an environment that is organised, efficient and, just as importantly, enjoyable to be in. No two days will be the same. Youll be a natural organiser who can keep multiple plates spinning with confidence and calm, while bringing warmth, energy and personality to everything you do. Responsibilities Day to day you will: Own the endtoend onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring they are set up for success from day one Act as the friendly, professional first point of contact for the Sydney office Create and maintain a welcoming, organised and wellrun office environment Provide daytoday administrative and coordination support, helping the wider team work more effectively Raise purchase orders in SAP and manage related documentation Create, track and continuously improve office processes, systems and workflows Manage office supplies, stationery, kitchen facilities and services Coordinate general facilities management, including liaising with cleaners and building maintenance Drive office culture through the facilitation of social club activities and team initiatives Act as a backup to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Delivery, as required Youll work independently from the Sydney office as part of the National Delivery Support team. While this role offers autonomy and the opportunity to make it your own, youll be well supported by established systems, regular checkins, quality training and a collaborative national network. This role is officebased, Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:00pm. Your positive presence will be critical to your success, so work from home will be limited to exceptional circumstances. This role is being offered as a 2year term contract.
