Part Time Studio Operations Specialist Hampton, Melbourne (VIC) Pronto Pilates is a rapidly emerging fitness brand with new studios opening nationally. We are looking for a parttime (8-10 hours/week) Studio Operations Specialist for our Hampton studio. This is a handson, multifaced role reporting directly to the National Operations Leader. Youll assume responsibility for our members experience in the studio. Every sense what they see, hear, touch and smell to ensure a 5star class experience every time! Responsibilities Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining exercise equipment Maintaining studio comfort and ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and any odours (with air freshening methods) Managing stock and coordinating deliveries Monitoring and troubleshooting the robot vacuum/mop (we love tech that makes our jobs easier!) Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for occasional studio maintenance needs On call to address occasional, urgent cleaning and maintenance needs Proactive engagement with members (wed love you to enjoy the studio with regular classes) Connecting with local businesses to promote Pronto Reporting to your manager on essential studio stats Qualifications Be meticulous about cleanliness and order (think Marie Kondo). Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Selfmanaging and taking initiative to always serve our members well Proven reliability in admin or supervisory roles Confidence to connect with members and local businesses Applicants who are investors in Pronto Pilates, or who are a friend or relative of any investor, are not eligible to apply. Experience in the Pilates or fitness industry is not necessary. We will train you on everything you need to know in our supportive and teamoriented environment. This is a parttime, 6 10 hours/week contractor position. Nominal hours of work are Monday through Sunday, with four set shifts per week (Mon, Wed, Fri and one day on the weekend of your choosing). Working hours are flexible, however, they must be outside of member peak hours, which are 5:159:00 am and 4:307:30 pm. In addition, there is the possibility of callouts, events, and local area networking. Compensation ranges from $30 $40/hour (plus incentives) depending on your experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
