About the role Join our Capital Works team in the role of Capital Project Engineer/Manger and lead impactful engineering projects from concept to completion. This role is responsible for delivering mid-level projects on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role will be based at our site in Orchard Hill. Responsibilities Lead project scoping, planning, budgeting, and implementation. Engage stakeholders and gain endorsement through workshops and meetings. Prepare scopes of work, URS and project documents to ensure positive successful outcomes. Manage project resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Ensure compliance with Internal & Australian engineering, food safety, and GMP standards. Support site continuous improvement initiatives and corporate projects. Qualifications Ideally 5+ years of proven experience. Experience in FMCG is desirable. Sound knowledge of relevant Australian standards and good knowledge of snacks process and packing equipment. Demonstrated knowledge of managing projects from start to finish. Exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills. You will have an analytical mindset and be able to conduct root cause analysis. Ability to manage, optimise and realise benefits from asset upgrade projects.
