Who Were Looking For JOJI is looking for a Bar Manager with a background in luxury or premium hospitality to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional service. You will bring strong leadership, high service standards, and a passion for premium beverages and guest experience. As the Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily bar operations, lead and train the bar team, and ensure guests receive an exceptional experience every time they visit. For Successful Candidates, They Must Have The Following Attributes Have a strong desire to create experiences for guests Passion for hospitality with an appreciation for refined, considered approach to service Exceptional communication skills, poised, articulate and capable of engaging with guests, co-workers and stakeholders with genuine warmth and professionalism Refined hospitality experience. Previous experience in a high-end or luxury service environment is preferred. Familiarity with fine dining or upscale cocktail bars is a significant advantage. Possess a positive attitude and grace under pressure Immaculately presented Uncompromising standards with an unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to providing guests with an impeccable experience from the moment they arrive Hungry to learn and driven to excel in whatever they do Strong product knowledge of food and beverage Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role Why Choose ESCA?
