This multifaceted role is critical in supporting the financial operations, HR processes, and administrative functions of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless daytoday operations, supporting both our internal team and valued clients. Were looking for a Finance Manager/Bookkeeper/Office Administrator who can help us by undertaking our financial tasks as well as being our point of contact for all things office related. Youll have experience as a Bookkeeper, undertaking all of the financial activities required in a small business. Additionally, youll love being the goto person for everything the business needs from ordering office supplies to managing company events and coordinating travel for the team. You are driven to do more than just what a Bookkeeper does and this role will allow you the scope to do exactly that. The role: Accounts Payable and supplier bill payments Allocate costs and enter into Xero or Reckon Prepare and submit the BAS for AU and UK entities Support the external Accountant with annual tax returns Deliver monthly financial reports to management Reconcile revenues and prepare summaries Payroll management monthly Coordinate superannuation and ATO payments HR administration Office administration The position requires: At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business.
