Role Overview Community and Customer Services Assistant Casual, up to 35 hours per week, based in Singleton, NSW. Compensation: $42.45 to $47.75 per hour (Grade 5), including casual loading. Responsibilities Provide frontline customer service across Council''s Community and Customer Service sites (Library, Youth Venue, OOSH, Visitor Information Centre, Customer Service). Carry out basic administrative duties. Supervise young children. Support customer service functions. Qualifications Experience using computer applications (internet, email, word processing) and teamwork skills. Working with Children check (required). Experience in a public library, youth service, childcare (OOSH), or local government customer service is advantageous. Right to work in Australia.
