Provide supervision and guidance to patrons to ensure the delivery of a safe and high-quality program. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to establish a motivating environment. Build and maintain a professional and positive work culture that promotes sharing of ideas and to support continuous improvement of service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience within the Fitness Industry and passion for making a difference in our community by helping people achieve their fitness goals.
