As the Store Manager you will be the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. Qualifications & Experience Proven retail management experience desirable but not essential. Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, highperforming team. Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail; you bring the Super, well deliver the Auto. Operational knowhow in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting. Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment. Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must!
