Extras that support you Novated leasing, Fitness Passport. What Youll Be Doing Youll provide trusted, respectful support to Elders helping them live safely and comfortably at home and in community. Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks. Transportation and Personal Care: Assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding, etc. Client Awareness: Build relationships with clients and their families, conduct client observations with ongoing support and training. Safety Practices: Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and customers safe. Who Were Looking For A compassionate, respectful, and reliable carer. Holds a valid Australian drivers licence and has a reliable car. Brings empathy, cultural awareness and a willingness to learn. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
