Night Cleaning Crew Supervisor Casual | Night Shift | Leeton, NSWPacific Fresh Lead the team that keeps food safety and hygiene running overnight. Pacific Fresh is looking for a handson Night Cleaning Crew Supervisor to lead and work alongside our night sanitation team. This is a key role ensuring our machinery, equipment and processing areas are cleaned, sanitised and ready for production each day. About the Role You will supervise and actively work with the night cleaning crew to ensure food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements are met. Working closely with Operations, Packing and Processing Supervisors, youll ensure cleaning is completed safely, thoroughly and on time in a fastpaced food manufacturing environment. What Youll Be Doing Supervising and participating in cleaning and sanitising food processing equipment and facilities Leading the night cleaning crew by allocating tasks and monitoring progress Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures Overseeing PPE use and lockout / tagout procedures Training team members on cleaning processes and safe dismantling of machinery Ensuring safe operation of cleaning equipment and reporting faults or wear Managing cleaning supplies and advising when stock needs reordering Completing cleaning records, checklists and reports accurately Escalating hygiene, safety or equipment concerns to management What Were Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Strong communication skills and a teamfocused mindset Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards Safetyfocused approach and strong WHS awareness Ability to thrive in a fastpaced nightshift environment First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain Alignment with the values and culture of Pacific Fresh Benefits Snapshot Casual nightshift role Leadership position with real accountability Handson, active work environment Supportive site leadership and team culture Opportunity to build supervisory experience in food manufacturing Location & Hours Location: Leeton, NSWShift: Night shift (flexibility required based on operations)Employment Type: Casual Ready to step up and lead?If youre passionate about safety, hygiene and leading by example, wed love to hear from you.
