Overview As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth coordination of sea freight shipments and delivering outstanding service. This role focuses on managing daily operations, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customers with proactive solutions. Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to guarantee efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all Sea Logistics processes. How you create impact Provide/update quotations with given price band for both imports and exports. Arrange import and export. Drive customer engagement, retention, and reactivation in close cooperation with field sales and OCC. Support customer onboarding and update customer information. Qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution process. Collaborate with OCC and RCC teams on daily business development. Liaise with both import and export customers and refine reports. Ensure delivery against all financial targets and objectives. Undertake any other tasks required by management. What we would like you to bring Solid background in Sea Logistics operations (imports/exports, FCL/LCL) with proven customer service expertise. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build and maintain longterm customer relationships. Proficiency in logistics systems and digital platforms, with high attention to detail. Capability to manage escalations and exceptions, providing proactive solutions to complex customer issues. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience in monitoring KPIs and driving performance improvements.
