Permanent full time Rotating shifts (including breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekends) Salary starting from $76,000.00 per annum plus super About the Role As a Chef, you will be responsible for running your own section, maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to our hotels reputation for outstanding cuisine. As the Chef, you will be involved with ensuring smooth service for various service: breakfast, room service, banquet and bar. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the hotels quality standards Manage and oversee your designated section efficiently Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices Assist with menu planning and development Train and support junior kitchen staff when required Ensure stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team Assist with the control and management of food costs in line with budget and control production and portions in line with agreed specifications.
