The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, driving sales growth, maintaining premium customer service standards, and ensuring efficient business operations within a luxury fragrance retail environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage the stores product mix, ensuring optimal stock levels of perfumes, gift sets, and related accessories in line with customer demand and seasonal trends. Develop and implement effective pricing, promotional, and marketing strategies to maximise sales and profitability, including in-store promotions and brand campaigns. Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with fragrance selection, providing product knowledge, and creating a premium shopping experience. Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and prepare reports to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Manage inventory control systems, conduct stocktakes, and minimise stock loss through effective procedures and controls. Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure the store meets revenue targets and maintains profitability. Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor retail staff, ensuring high levels of performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Conduct staff performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing retail environment. Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays reflect brand identity and maximise customer engagement. Liaise with suppliers and fragrance distributors to maintain stock availability and negotiate favourable terms where applicable. Essential Requirements Diploma in Retail Management or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in luxury retail, cosmetics, or fragrance industry. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-focused approach with strong sales skills. Ability to analyse sales data and make strategic business decisions. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
