This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this critical role, you will support departments across the VetPartners network by designing dashboards, interpreting business data, and delivering insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.Reporting to the General Manager FP&A, youll play a key role in identifying performance trends, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and supporting leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Your work will span data collection, organisation and interpretation, with a strong focus on transforming raw data into clear business narratives.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data, decision-making, and purposesupporting veterinary professionals to deliver care that makes a difference every day.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage reporting that visualises key metrics across departmentsPartner with stakeholders to collect, organise and analyse operational and financial dataDevelop forecasting models and scenario plans to support strategic decisionsProvide clear and actionable insights to leaders across all functionsAutomate and streamline reporting to improve accessibility and reduce manual workSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processesSkills, Attributes, And Experience3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or Data AnalystProficiency in Excel and BI tools like Power BI or TableauExperience working with large datasetsStrong communication skills and ability to present insights to varied audiencesHigh attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for dataWhy VetPartners?At VetPartners, we''re more than just a company we''re a family united by our passion for animal welfare and excellence in veterinary care.
