What Youll Be Doing Manage inbound enquiries from homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions Conduct energy consultations (phone / virtual / in-home depending on territory) Understand customer needs and present tailored electrification solutions Guide customers confidently through the buying journey Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline management Work consistently towards individual sales targets and KPIs What We''re Looking For Minimum 1- 2 years experience in a sales role (required) Experience in BDM, telesales, energy sales, appointment-based selling highly regarded Strong communication and relationship-building abilityComfortable managing inbound opportunities and converting interest into outcomes Target-driven mindset with strong earning motivation Organised with good follow-up discipline and time management Full working rights in Australia (Working Holiday Visa holders welcome) Availability Monday to Friday
