ABOUT THE ROLE Lead our Liquid Waste Operations team in our Largs North depot. Excellent career development opportunity within a growing National Company. Lead the team and champion the day-to-day business functions! DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all functions across multiple sites with 15+ employees Plan for and react to change Engage, lead and develop the team, and see it through Deliver the overall branch strategy Drive ongoing improvement initiatives Ensure a high-level safety and customer service culture Support and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements ABOUT YOU Fantastic at employee engagement!
