Were looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team in Mansfield and play a key role in managing and growing our rent roll. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with landlords, values strong relationships, and is ready to step into a more senior position within a supportive, well-established business. You will also oversee a small team of three, helping guide day-to-day operations while maintaining a high standard of service across the portfolio. Youll take a handson role across both our residential portfolio and our growing commercial rent roll, bringing a proactive approach to management while identifying opportunities for continued growth. Were particularly interested in someone with a genuine interest in business development, who is motivated to grow the portfolio while ensuring our existing rental providers and renters continue to receive exceptional care. We are also open to experienced Property Managers returning to the industry, or those ready to take the next step in their career. About the role You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, with support from our team, and be involved in: Managing landlord and tenant relationships Overseeing maintenance and daytoday portfolio needs Lease renewals and rent reviews Working with new and prospective landlords Contributing to the continued growth of our rent roll Supporting and guiding a team of three Assisting with the management and development of our commercial portfolio What were looking for Previous experience in property management (commercial experience highly regarded, but not essential) Confident and professional communication skills A practical, solutionsfocused approach Ability to balance compliance requirements with positive client relationships A team player who is also comfortable taking ownership and leading when required What we offer A supportive and experienced team environment A wellestablished and growing rent roll Autonomy in your role, with clear direction and support The opportunity to grow and develop within the business A strong local reputation and loyal client base This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and is excited by the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business.
