Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work across our F&B outlets and events, providing highquality service, maintaining operational standards, and assisting colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet and serve guests with a smile, delivering consistent, highquality service. Set up and prepare restaurant & bar area prior to service, ensuring all equipment and accessories are ready. Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure a seamless guest experience. Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and all hotel procedures for cash, stock, and security. Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of F&B outlets and equipment. Support events and functions in coordination with the F&B Team and Events Coordinators. Report maintenance requirements and contribute to costsaving and sustainability initiatives. About You Previous F&B or hospitality experience is desirable. Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate & AHA Hospitality Hygiene for Food Handlers certificate or similar. Both at the applicant''s cost. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fastpaced, guestfocused environment.
