Job Description Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including Program Increment (PI) planning and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure timely delivery of projects. Support teams in the consistent application of Agile principles and practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the ART. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Act as a servant leader, empowering teams to achieve their goals. Coordinate with other Release Train Engineers to drive alignment and resolve interdependencies. The Successful Applicant A successful Release Train Engineer should have: A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including SAFe. Proven experience in facilitating large-scale Agile transformations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Familiarity with tools used for Agile project management. A detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple priorities effectively.
