Demonstrated ability to implement evidencebased teaching and classroom management strategies that create supportive and inclusive learning environments to improve educational outcomes for all students. Demonstrated knowledge and practical skills in delivering engaging, handson learning that develops students design thinking, safe work practices, and core technology skills. Proven ability to collaborate within the TAS faculty and build positive, productive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community through effective communication.
