We are seeking experienced leaders with a history of excellence and delivery to join our Frontline Operations executive team and contribute to creating positive change for the Australian community.As an Assistant Commissioner in Frontline Operations, you will have a strong community focus and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure taxpayer interactions are contemporary, seamlessly connected and aligned across the ATO. Leading large and diverse teams, youll concentrate on driving value to transform and enhance the overall taxpayer experience.In particular -As the Assistant Commissioner, Firmer and Legal Recovery, youll: improve the efficiency and effectiveness of firmer and legal recovery to strengthen payment performance uplift capability to improve payment outcomes, grow capacity and meet future demand refine processes and procedures to enhance the integrity of high-impact work.This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Burnie, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.We embrace the strength of diversity through our people and the perspectives they bring.
