Lead Project Controls We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Controls to support a portfolio of brownfield rampup projects from initiation through execution, commissioning, and handover to operations. Benefits Join critical minerals industryPerth South metropolitanbased role8month contract with strong potential for extensionBase salary + superannuationHandson involvement in brownfields project delivery Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and cost estimating across multiple projectsDevelop and maintain integrated master schedules from design through commissioning and handoverAssess schedule impacts, identify risks and delays, and implement mitigation strategiesMonitor project costs, forecasts, and budgets; implement cost control measuresReview contractor schedules and cost inputs; integrate into owner schedules and reportsPrepare regular cost and schedule reports for managementMaintain risk registers and contribute to lessons learnedEnsure governance, compliance with procedures, and best for project decisionmakingCollaborate closely with project managers, engineers, commissioning, procurement, and operations teams About You Diploma or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or related fieldMinimum 15 years experience in project controls within mining, mineral processing, or heavy industryStrong capability in Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud (or equivalent)Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel for project accounting and cost controlProven experience managing schedules and costs across a portfolio of projectsHighly analytical, decisive, and an effective communicator able to work with diverse stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
