The Job Role This role is responsible for driving consistent sales performance through proactive telesales activity and strong relationship management across key accounts. Working closely with retailers and customers, the position focuses on promoting both frontlist and backlist titles, maintaining regular contact, and identifying opportunities to increase visibility and revenue through targeted initiatives. A key element of the role is ensuring continuity of ordering while supporting broader commercial objectives. The position plays an integral part in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver catalogues, seasonal activity, and priceled offers. It requires ownership of title selection and campaign inputs, alongside the ability to analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
