Conveyancer / Property Lawyer Full Time Experience Level: 4+ PQE About the Firm We are partnering with a wellestablished and highly regarded law firm in Sydney with a strong reputation in property law and conveyancing. The firm offers a supportive, collaborative environment and is known for delivering efficient, highquality legal services to a broad client base including individuals, developers, and investors. The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer or Property Lawyer to join the team on a fulltime basis. You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers across a wide range of property transactions, supported by a strong administrative and paralegal team. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing and property matters, including: Residential and commercial sales and purchases Offtheplan and development matters Title searches and due diligence Contract review, drafting, and negotiation Managing files from contract through to settlement Electronic settlements via PEXA Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders Providing clear, practical, and timely advice to clients Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and highquality outcomes About You Admitted as a Lawyer in Australia or a Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ years experience in property law/conveyancing Strong knowledge of NSW conveyancing processes and property legislation Proven ability to manage files endtoend with minimal supervision Experience using PEXA and practice management systems Excellent communication and client relationship skills High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team If this sounds like the role for you please apply below or reach out to me directly at . #J-18808-Ljbffr
