About the role We are seeking a Digital Content Optimisation Officer (Casual) to support improvements to the Universitys corporate website. Working within the Web Team, youll create, update and optimise content in collaboration with Marketing and subject matter experts across the organisation. Youll contribute to our strategic website content uplift and refresh, improving how content is presented and experienced by users. Youll also gain exposure to search optimisation, content performance and digital tools, with opportunities to further develop your capability in areas such as SEO, analytics and AI-assisted content. Were seeking candidates with a range of relevant experience who can contribute to key projects and content initiatives. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience writing and editing content for digital and online use with an understanding of web content best practices (e.g. clear writing, SEO and accessibility) Experience working with stakeholders across teams (e.g. marketing, faculty and web team) to gather, interpret and translate information into user-focused content Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines Experience working in higher education, ed-tech, or similar organisations Experience or familiarity with digital tools such as content management systems; exposure to analytics, SEO or AI tools is advantageous Desirable Experience creating engaging marketing and promotional content across digital channels.
