Charmhaven Location Full time permanent role - 9 day fortnight Training and upskilling opportunities available Supportive and safety focussed work environment About the role The role of a Crew member is to support a variety of civil construction maintenance and repair projects across the Central Coast. Key duties will include operating trucks and plant, and the repair and maintenance of roads and drainage infrastructure across the Central Coast. This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community. To be successful in this role, you will have: Current MR Drivers Licence Current RMS Traffic Controller Certificate (Blue Card). Current RMS Traffic Control Implementation Certificate (Yellow Card). Current Construction General Induction Card - WorkSafe or equivalent Current confined space certificate or be willing to obtain. You will also be able to demonstrate experience in: Operation of trucks and plant on civil construction jobs Concrete works, drainage jobs and pit structure repairs Road and infrastructure maintenance/repairs Understanding of erosion and environmental controls on site Working well with your crew, other teams and contractors Salary and progression The commencing salary for this position is up to $63.5K, with opportunities to progress up to $73.5K on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation and Level 1 adverse working conditions allowance.
