It is an exceptional entry point for an ambitious accountant seeking industry exposure, development and longterm growth in the film sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation, submission and acquittal of government film production rebatesPrepare cost reports, general ledgers and reconciliations, ensuring auditready documentationAnalyse production expenditure and support preparation of rebate packs and qualitative reportsLiaise with auditors, state bodies and rebate assessors to resolve queries and validate dataSupport monthend close, bookkeeping tasks and maintenance of accurate financial recordsCoordinate multiple deadlines, ensuring compliance with rebate guidelines and internal processesAbout YouDetailoriented, organised and eager to learn, with foundational accounting experience, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the film industry.Bachelors degree or Tafe education in accounting is required.Experience working in large, complex organisations or infrastructure environments is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
