Full-Time Role Opportunity Make a real difference in community health and wellbeing About the Role Were seeking a passionate Exercise Scientist to deliver clientcentred exercise programs across community and gym settings. Working alongside Allied Health Professionals, youll design and deliver tailored programsfocused on strength and balanceto support clients, particularly in Seniors Services, to improve their health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Implement personalised strength and balance programs Deliver individual and group exercise sessions Conduct health, movement, and performance assessments Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals on tailored interventions Support injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional improvement Provide coaching, education, and promote behaviour change Offer general nutritional guidance in line with national standards Maintain accurate documentation and support program evaluation Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment Contribute to a positive team culture aligned with organisational values Assist with scheduling, administration, and team support as needed About You Youre a motivated and clientfocused Exercise Scientist who thrives on helping people improve their health and wellbeing. What you bring Tertiary qualification in Exercise Science Accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) Current First Aid & CPR certification Valid Australian Drivers Licence Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills Excellent organisation and time management Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems Benefits for You Training & Development: Handson training and mentoring from a leading provider.
