Overview Do you enjoy being part of a successful team? Are you a Leak Testing Field Supervisor looking for a new opportunity? Join our Process & Pipeline Services Team! Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports the full lifecycle of customers assets from precommissioning to decommissioning. We help reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency and maximize throughput. Our engineered solutions for commissioning and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining. Responsibilities Participating in prejob briefing and ensuring familiarisation with the work scope. Ensuring that all subordinates are fully briefed on the work scope, their duties, the risks and HSE procedures. Assisting with preparation of equipment in Baker Hughes Welshpool facility as required. Ensuring timely execution of orders, instructions and directions from the Operations Manager. Ensuring that the daily maintenance of equipment is carried out and the equipment is ready for a job at all times. Maintaining effective communication with the client representative and the Operations Manager. Preparing all required field paperwork, including daily reports and timesheets. Contributing to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the department. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in nitrogen and leak testing work both onshore and offshore. Demonstrate an excellent attitude towards safety. Must participate in all company safety programmes and adhere to all policies. Be passionate about learning and developing skills in other Process and Pipeline Services service lines. Be ready to work outside of Australia whenever required. Be able to work with little to no supervision and be a natural leader.
