As a Client Services Representative at CMC Markets, youll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14year streak as recipients of Canstars Most Satisfied Customers award. Based in our vibrant Chatswood office, youll dive into the fastpaced world of financial services. Your journey begins with comprehensive training, including the prestigious RG146 Financial Regulatory qualification. This is a fulltime permanent opportunity offering a salary of $60,000 plus superannuation. What youll be working on Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industryleading reputation. Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm. Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually. What will help you be successful? Youll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a clientcentric environment. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry. Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing. Show resilience and adaptability in a highvolume call centre setting. Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.
