Electrical Trainer We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment to students undertaking electrical qualifications. This is a great opportunity for an industry professional who enjoys sharing their knowledge and supporting the next generation of electricians. About the role As an Electrical Trainer, you will deliver training and assessment aligned with the UEE Training Package, ensuring students gain the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to work safely and competently in the electrical industry. Key responsibilities Deliver facetoface and/or online electrical training and assessment Assess student competency in accordance with training package requirements Develop and maintain training and assessment materials Ensure compliance with RTO and regulatory standards Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey About you Current electrical licence (or equivalent) Relevant electrical qualification (Certificate III or higher) Training and Assessment qualification (TAE40122 or equivalent) Current industry experience and strong technical knowledge Excellent communication and facilitation skills Desirable Experience delivering electrical training within an RTO or TAFE Experience with apprentices and adult learners What we offer Supportive and safetyfocused work environment Opportunity to pass on your trade knowledge Professional development and compliance support Flexible delivery arrangements (where applicable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
