Job Description About the Role: Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will deliver responsive, person and familycentred services that support children and adults with disability or vision impairment in reaching their full potential. Youll work across home, school, work and community settings to enhance communication, social interaction, and feeding skills. This role is ideal for recent graduates or earlycareer therapists looking for a supportive team to help them reach their full potential. Key responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of clients aligned with service guidelines and external agency requirements Deliver individual and groupbased assessments, interventions, and evaluations Act as Key Contact for clients, fostering strong and supportive relationships Collaborate closely with team members, families, carers, educators, and other professionals to achieve client outcomes Assist with the use of assistive and augmentative communication technologies Maintain accurate client records and documentation Monitor service quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement Mentor students and contribute to the growth of the profession Support and champion person and familycentred practices Ensure adherence to the policies, procedures, standards and relevant contractual obligations. Undertake coaching and mentoring of students as directed. Other duties as required by the Manager. Parttime work options will be considered for the right candidate. Desired Skills and Experience Essential Skills and Attributes: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status Proven ability to manage a caseload and deliver timely, effective therapy Solid understanding of disability services, personcentred practices, and NDIS Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Confident working within an interdisciplinary team Strong administrative and time management abilities Willingness to travel for client appointments Understanding of funding models, specifically the NDIS Desirable Skills and Attributes: Experience providing paediatric disability speech pathology services Required Compliance Documentation National Police Clearance NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Working with Children Check Valid Drivers licence Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Membership Benefits: Up to 3 days additional paid leave during yearend holiday season!
