Teacher - Early Childhood Education Branch: Scaddan Primary School Division: Goldfields Education Region Salary: Teacher, $88,178 - $127,737 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2023) Work Type: Fixed Term - Part Time FTE: Location: Scaddan Closing Date: 2026-05-18 4:30 PM Attachments: - This is a 6 month fixed term, part-time (FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency Our School Scaddan Primary School, located 50km from Esperance in WAs Goldfields Region, serves Kindergarten to Year 6 students from the farming communities of Scaddan, Grass Patch, Cascade, Neridup and Salmon Gums. We are a close-knit, caring school that fosters strong relationships and a sense of belonging. With three multi-age classrooms Early Childhood (Kindy & PrePrimary), Junior (Years 1 & 2) and Senior (Years 3 to 6), we offer smaller class sizes and evidencebased teaching to support highquality, explicit teaching and learning. The Role We are actively seeking an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher with exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As an ECE teacher you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students social and emotional development.
