Our Community Specialist Palliative Care Service supports clients and their families with life limiting illnesses at home. The focus is on quality of life through managing complex symptoms. Supporting complex care at home requires nurses that have specialist abilities relating to assessments and management of clients with changing needs.Are you a Registered Nurse with at least two years nursing experience and interested in joining our Specialist Team? this role may suit you! This role will see you providing services to clients within Perth South Metro areas and your base to collect consumables and attend meetings will be either Maddington or Peel. Ideally, we would be looking to recruit into a Full Time nursing position.For this role you will have the flexibility to cover over 7 days per week, days and evenings (shift work will attract penalty rates). Night shifts will be on an occasional basis.
