About the opportunity: This role will be responsible for carrying out vehicle repairs to manufacturer and safety standards. The successful candidate will undertake the below: Remove, replace and quality control major vehicle repairs Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services Identify and communicate additional work as needed Complete all work accurately in accordance with the Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality Deliver high-quality, timely work to meet customer needs as per repair order instructions Perform quality checks on all completed work About you: Success in this role entails delivering high-quality, accurate vehicle repairs and servicing, meeting manufacturer standards and timeframes, maintaining a safe and efficient workspace, and contributing positively to team performance and customer satisfaction.
