Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive Dashing is currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The role As a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive, youll thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across the Dashing Group. Youll play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing content production and ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently and to a high standard. You are highly organised, proactive and detail focused. You enjoy managing multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and ensuring every piece of work reflects the premium standards Dashing is known for. Your responsibilities Support the delivery of marketing initiatives across the Dashing Group from concept through to execution Coordinate content production including photography, videography and copywriting Manage social media activity across key platforms to support brand visibility and engagement Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets and communications Develop and manage marketing timelines, content calendars and campaign schedules Coordinate external partners including photographers, videographers and editors Work closely with Creative, Production and Client Service teams to develop marketing assets Produce marketing collateral including presentations, printed materials and digital content Support the coordination and delivery of brand events and internal initiatives Track campaign activity and assist with reporting on performance and engagement Maintain organised project tracking through Monday.com Stay across industry trends, digital platforms and emerging marketing tools Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows Collaborate across all Dashing teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives Be an ambassador for Dashings values and contribute positively to our collaborative culture About you (the non-negotiables) 2-4+ years experience in a marketing, content or brand focused role Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or content production from concept through to delivery Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels Experience working with creative partners such as photographers, videographers or editors Highly organised with strong attention to detail and exceptional time management Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with a proactive and solutions focused mindset Tech savvy across Microsoft Office, Google Suite and project management tools such as Monday.com Experience using marketing tools or platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot or Meta Business Manager is advantageous Positive, proactive and collaborative with a strong team-first mindset Sydney based. Onsite 5 days per week for the first 3 months, then up to 2 days per week WFH under our current flexible arrangement. Why Dashing?
