About the Role Reporting to the ANZ General Manager Meals & Beverage, the National Account Manager Coles Meals & Beverage plays an important & varied role in delivering the business plans with our key customer Coles. Were seeking a strategic, autonomous and handson National Account Manager (NAM) to take ownership of a ~$60M Retail Sales Value (RSV) portfolio inclusive of Campbells & V8, to deliver the strategic plans within one of our leading customers. Youll lead the endtoend management of the customer relationship with Coles, driving joint business planning, seasonal activation, promotional optimization & executing growth initiatives across our independent retail network. You will be a handson sales leader looking for an autonomous role to own & lead. And being a senior member of the sales team, you will be energized by the opportunity to roll the sleeves up, challenge the statusquo and contribute strongly to strategy, planning & execution. This role will be located from our North Strathfield office, however there is also an option for it to be based out of our Melbourne (Rowville) location. What your days look like Contribute to the category growth strategy and lead implementation of the strategy within the Coles account Lead the JBP & annual category review process for Coles Lead national sales performance for the Meals & Beverages categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives Build strategic relationships to drive mutual benefit between the business & Coles Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform activation & execution Implementation of promotional strategy within P&L guardrails including trade spend rates, sales growth targets and market share ambition Drive trade marketing plans in collaboration with marketing and category Full ownership of account specific P&L, numbers and coordination of all stakeholders that input. The Ingredients for Success Proven experience in a senior business management role, in a National Accounts salesbased role Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth within FMCG Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding abilities Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Experience in Coles, food or meal related categories is highly desirable Proficiency in business management software such as telus or blue yonder desirable Strategic thinking and problemsolving, with strong experience of using market analysis and insights to drive market share and business growth Perks Discounted Gym Memberships 12 Weeks Paid Parental Leave for all new parents.
