Schedule and Data Analyst Mascot, NSW, AU The Schedule and Data Analyst works as part of the Data and Planning team, in a fixed-term 1224 month position based at Sydney Airport. This role is responsible for critical data analysis and the maintenance of airline schedules across all dnata Flight Catering units in Australia. Daily tasks include: Creating airline schedules and forecasting changes in flight data. Using Power BI and Excel to build data models and upload information into ERP systems. Analyzing schedule management to identify improvement opportunities. Assessing performance for each airline client and finding new opportunities. Collaborating with Catering Schedule Coordinators to ensure accurate, timely data flow. Assisting with menu building and airline schedule implementation. Participating in weekly briefings, planning sessions and presentations for budgeting forecasts. Supporting the National Manager, Data & Planning with additional projects. Required qualifications and skills: Demonstrated success in a similar role. Experience in volume data analysis and scheduling/forecasting metrics. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning or a related discipline; experience in Food Manufacturing or Aviation preferred. Proficiency with ERP systems such as JDE, QAD, or MFG-Pro. Advanced Excel modelling and reporting experience (SQL and database queries). Strong communication skills across all stakeholder levels. Willingness to learn new systems quickly. Industry knowledge beneficial but not essential. High analytical and numerical aptitude with strong problemsolving skills.
