Services include acute inpatient and community care, emergency and consultationliaison services, aged care, child and youth mental health, rehabilitation, residential support, intensive inpatient care, and early psychosis programs. Multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and administrative staff work collaboratively to provide highquality, personcentred care to individuals and their families. In this role, you will primarily be based in an adult inpatient unit, responsible for the clinical management and treatment of individuals with complex mental health needs. You will be supported by junior medical officers and work closely with adult and older persons mental health teams. The role also includes outpatient work, such as postdischarge followup and continuity of care. A key aspect of the role is fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support effective implementation of mental health resources and ensure evidencebased care. You will also participate in weekly training and education programs for psychiatrists and trainees and assist the Clinical Director in developing and maintaining clinical standards across inpatient and community services. Qualifications Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with specialist training in psychiatry. Current registration as a medical practitioner in Australia. Experience in adult inpatient psychiatry and multidisciplinary team working. Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical cases and lead collaborative care initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
