About The Role As a Mental Health Clinician with headspace Queanbeyan, you will: Undertake comprehensive psychosocial assessments, including exploration of presenting issues, client history, risk, protective factors, and contributing influences Work collaboratively with young people to develop person-centred, feedback-informed case formulations and treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people experiencing mental ill-health Actively engage in EvidenceInformed Practice and Family Inclusive Practice Apply Alcohol and Other Drug screening, harm reduction, psychoeducation, and brief interventions where required Our Culture & What We Offer We are proud of our inclusive, flexible, and valuesled workplace that prioritises clinician wellbeing, learning, and career satisfaction. Learn more: news/launching-our-innovate-rap/ Essential Qualifications Psychologist with full and current AHPRA registration Social Worker with an approved Bachelor/Master of Social Work and Mental health specific training or at least 2 years mental health experience Eligibility for or membership with AASW Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA registration and Additional mental health training or mental health endorsement Division 1 Mental Health Nurse with relevant experience and/or postgraduate qualifications in mental health Valid Australian working rights required (sponsorship not available).
