Role OverviewWe are excited to be recruiting to a B3 Admin and Clerical position within the MSK Physiotherapy Outpatient Team based at Stirling Community Hospital. The postholder may be asked to cover the physiotherapy reception areas at Stirling Community Hospital, on occasion at Falkirk Community Hospital, and occasionally at Health Centre sites across NHS Forth Valley.We would welcome applications from experienced admin staff who are committed to improving services, supporting staff wellbeing, and who thrive on collaboration with others to deliver the very best service.Our attached person specification details the wider skills, experience, qualifications, values and behaviours essential for this role. Candidates should share how they have demonstrated these in their previous work and how this is relevant to the role.Work Hours & DutiesNHS Forth Valley is embracing contemporary working. As and when required, the post holder will be expected to participate in twilight or weekend working. The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change fulltime working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours per week. Parttime hours will be reduced prorata, but there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.Certificate of SponsorshipApplicants who require sponsorship to work in the UK are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria for the Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa routes.
